• Mediator assists and directs parties by:
  • Facilitating communication between parties
  • Assisting parties to determine their interests and priorities
  • Probing for specific information that will help analyze parties' demands
  • Helping to determine what will be gained or lost in the future
  • Helping to identify and discuss possible resolutions.

• Mediator is impartial. He/she is not a judge, arbitrator or attorney
  • Mediator does not suggest or impose a resolution
  • Mediator does not give legal advices or legal opinion
  • Mediator does not make evaluations regarding dispute and parties.
